• A. The removal of the pine trees will soon be underway, subject to Council approval. In alignment with our ethos, we're actively exploring new, sustainable uses for them, considering their age. Collaborating with experts, we're dedicated to revegetating the site with native flora, fostering a positive impact on the local ecosystem. If you're interested in contributing to the re-use of these trees, please reach out to our team.

  • A. Unfortunately the bike jumps need to be removed. Access to the Copper Tom shared trail will not be affected.

  • A. Lakeside's neighbours will enjoy enhanced views of the lake and surroundings. We are committed to transparent communication, ensuring that neighbours and the local community are well-informed about any disruptions for which we are responsible. The best way to stay informed is to register for our Newsletter from our website.

  • A. Access to the foreshore in front of the Lakeside site will remain unaffected during and after construction. However, as part of our commitment to safety, we will be fencing our site to limit any potential hazards and maintain a secure environment for the community using Pooh Bay during the construction phase. Please note that this precautionary measure will render walking, riding and driving tracks within the site inaccessible. Stay informed about project updates by registering for our Newsletter.

  • A. We understand that construction can be inconvenient. Fortunately, our construction methods are about as quiet and fast as you can get!

  • A. We’re not sure yet, but it looks like construction will be spread over a few years. You can register for our Newsletter to receive regular updates or keep an eye on our website.

  • A. We plan to provide as much parking as possible for Lakeside residents and their guests. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to provide public parking for lake access.

  • A. We understand that there’s a lot of pressure on the Jindabyne housing market, that’s part of the reason we’re working on this project! Whilst it’s not yet set in stone, we hope to take year-round rentals around the area to house any of the construction team that we haven’t been able to hire locally. If you’d like to be involved, please reach out to our team.
